SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR STUPOR

1. LICENSE GRANT
1.1 USAGE RIGHTS
You are granted the right to use Stupor (the "Software") free of charge for personal and commercial purposes. This includes the right to install, run, and execute the Software on devices you own.

2. REDISTRIBUTION RIGHTS
2.1 Redistribution in Whole: You may redistribute the Software, provided that you do so in its entirety, including all original components, and without any modifications. The Software must be distributed as a complete package, including this license text.
2.2 No Partial Redistribution: Redistribution of individual components, files, or parts of the Software separately is prohibited.

3. RESTRICTIONS
3.1 No Resale: You may not sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software on its own. This restriction includes but is not limited to selling the Software as a standalone product, bundling it with other products or services for sale, or charging fees for access to the Software.
3.2 No Modification and Derivative Works: You may not modify, adapt, create derivative works, or make any changes to the Software. The Software must be used and redistributed in its original, unaltered form.
3.3 No Sublicensing: You may not sublicense the Software or any of your rights under this License. Any attempt to do so is void and will result in the immediate termination of this License.

4. USE OF THIRD-PARTY API KEYS
4.1 Compliance with Third-Party Terms and Conditions: Any use of the services accessed via a third-party API key must comply with the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and any other agreements or guidelines established by the third-party developer or provider of the API key.
4.2 Responsibility for API Key Use: The recipient of the third-party API key is solely responsible for all activities that occur using the key, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.3 Integration with Third-Party Services: If the services accessed via the API key integrate or interact with third-party services, the use of such services is also subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third parties. The author and the copyright holders are not responsible for any third-party services or their terms and conditions.
4.4 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the author and copyright holders from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the third-party API key or any services accessed through it.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 No Warranty: The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is with you.
5.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the author or copyright holders be liable for any claim, any special, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or other liability resulting from loss of use, data, goodwill, or profits or revenues, whether in an action of contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.

6. TERMINATION
6.1 Automatic Termination: This License and the rights granted herein will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
6.2 Survival of Terms: Sections 3, 5, and 7 will survive any termination of this License.

7. GENERAL
7.1 Governing Law: This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.
7.2 Severability: If any provision of this License is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of this License will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
7.3 Entire Agreement: This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or communications.
